Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with a product, you have 15 days from the date of receipt of the package to return it to us for a full refund. The returned product must be in 'as new' condition, unworn and in its original packaging with labels attached.

The postage for returning items is at your cost. We advise using a tracked and/or signed for service when returning items as we cannot be held responsible for returned items which go missing in transit.

Returns can be made by Mondial Relay lockers - this is often cheaper and has tracking included.  Use the following return address:
