Shipping policy

 

A delivery charge is calculated at the time of ordering, based on the weight and destination of the total order.

Your order should be delivered within 2 to 7 working days for Europe, and 10 to 14 working days for international orders.

Deliveries to countries outside of the European Union

Customers outside of the European Union are not required to pay French TVA (General Sales Tax at 20%).

There may be GST applied by Customs authorities in your own country and the payment of these various fees and taxes are at your charge.

 

Deliveries to the United Kingdom

 

Following Brexit, UK customers do not pay French TVA (20%). However, Chic à Vélo will collect UK VAT (20%) on behalf of the UK Government. Your purchase price at checkout will include UK VAT. No further VAT or any custom duties are due on your order upon receipt in the UK.
